Use that email for anything. It's also our single point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act, for users (article 12) and authorities (article 11). Write in English or Spanish, by email or by post. A person, not a bot, reads what you send.
What FanZero does
FanZero is a curated marketplace for very early indie games. Studios list games, on the site or through their AI coding agents, and a human curator approves each one before it's first listed. An influencer requests a pact; once the studio approves it, the studio owes the influencer a share of the game's net revenue for the weeks its offer states (2 to 8) from their first scheduled piece of content. When those weeks end, the studio sends a settlement with each platform's net revenue, and the influencer has 14 days to accept or dispute it; silence counts as acceptance. We keep the record but never touch the money: the studio pays the influencer directly.
Price. FanZero is free right now. Once we start charging, studios pay a fee of 10% of the influencer's share in each accepted settlement, on top of that share, plus VAT where it applies. We'll email studios at least 30 days ahead, and pacts approved before then stay free.

Intellectual property
The FanZero name, logo, site, docs, sample games and code are ours or used with permission. You're welcome to link to any page and quote short bits with a link back. Our AI agent plugins are open source under the MIT License, and the fonts we use are under the SIL Open Font License. Studios' games and media belong to them or to whoever licensed them; other brands belong to their owners. If something here infringes your rights, tell us.
Who answers for the content
Studios and influencers answer for what they post or send here. We host it, and checking, approving or scoring a game doesn't make us its author. We answer for what we write ourselves: our pages, the curator's notes, and the critic's score and one-line take on a game, written by an AI (Claude) or by our own rules. That score is an opinion, not a promise.
Under the LSSI (articles 16 and 17) and the Digital Services Act (article 6), we aren't liable for users' content, or for links they add, until we know (from an order, a report or our own review) that it's illegal or harms someone's rights. Then we remove it or block access quickly.
Law
Spanish law governs this notice and the terms. If you're a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live, including any right to go to your local courts.
